It was an honor to be commissioned to create a site specific work inside Nike's New York headquarters in the quiet days preceding its opening, creating our piece alongside other talented artists.
Our mural was a mix of spray paint, illustration, and vinyl stickers, illustrating the true story of the exclusive "Color of the Month" program started by three Baltimore retailers, which literally drove traffic to the city, saved the shoe from near extinction, and turned it the coveted icon we know today.
